The fee for an initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation is $250 dollars. The fee for therapy is $175 dollars per hour. The average hourly fee for other services is $250 dollars/hour.
Insurance
To provide thorough, quality service, we do not contract with any health insurance company. This make us an “out-of-network provider.” If you plan to file for reimbursement with your insurance provider, we suggest that you contact them before scheduling an appointment to confirm your benefits.
A more detailed fee schedule is available per your request at the time of the appointment. TMS, psychotherapy, concierge services and in-home services have different fees.
Payment
• You are responsible for the full cost of the session at the time of the service. When scheduling the initial appointment, a valid credit card will be requested and stored in the encrypted portal. It will be charged for no shows or late cancelations.
• Payment may be made by cash, credit card, debit card or check.
• $25 fee for returned checks and payments delayed more than three business days
Cancelled Appointments
All appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if done with at least 48 business hours’ notice. If canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, you will be charged the full appointment fee.
Cancellation fees are waived for medical emergencies upon verifiable proof of doctor’s services.
